It's been a while since a posted here but hey, I'm back. Today I made a list of things to keep you guys motivated for workouts. I know how hard it gets sometimes. It's hard to start a workout. It's hard to stick to the schedule. It's hard to be consistent. It is hard not to give up. I wanted to help you so here is the list.
Do what you love
I honestly enjoy cardio. I do. So I do it very often. I love playing tennis. I love roller skating. Do whatever sounds good for you. Moving your body even just for a little is a start.
Start easy
If you are a beginner at this, start easy. Do 10 min workout. Go for a walk. Go cycling. Do something that won't overwhelm you and the next day you will be like okay I can do it again.
Switching things up
I spent the summer and quarantine doing Pamela Reif's workouts. They are great and effective but you get bored. So I started running at the same time. When I'm bored with something I just do whatever feels right.
Keep things interesting
I work out a lot but there is always something new, something I can try. Taking classes, running daily, creating my workouts, youtube videos, doing yoga, doing pilates, doing weights, there are just so many things you can do.
Rest
You want to be active and you want to smash a workout but sometimes that's not the best option. It's important to rest or take it easy when you need. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.
